One of the best things about snapstone is automatic spacing.

Lay the first plank appropriately spaced from the wall.
Measure the width of the flooring plank then add 1 4 inch.
Do not fasten any moldings through the flooring.
Molding must be sufficient size to cover the 1 4 space.
Starting a 1 4 away from the wall will allow the wood to expand and contract.
Unlike floating laminate flooring which tends to lock by butting the edges together and pivoting downward snapstone tiles lock by placing each tile flat on the floor and then sliding one tile toward the other until you hear a click.
If not covering exposed edges with trim fill the gap with a high quality silicone caulking.
Installing click lock vinyl plank flooring trim the short tongue edge from the first vinyl plank.
Each piece fits together like a puzzle.
Pre drill and install quarter round or baseboard molding.
Do not fasten moldings through the flooring.
Install the second plank by holding it at an angle and inserting its tongue edge into the first plank s groove edge.
Once you lay the tongue in the groove it should click lock and fit like a glove.
