The dyson never breaks down its like using a henry in a school the dyson never breaks down when i use my dc14 the dirt it picks up it satisfying the dc07 gets up loads of dust and dirt the dc04 lifts the carpet really well the dc25 grooms the carpet amazingly the dc08 has amazing suction the dc01 is a nice back up machine it does.
I think carpet compaines will try to decline a claim for any reason.
